• LOT  Manifold is installed where peak load of Equipments is higher & everage consumption of LPG is up no much ie its up to 2 tone per day.  We called this is a small bullet. It can install instead of bulk where there is space no space for bulk installation. This system is completely safe to handle. We follow Is-6044 Part-1 & 2 & OISD norms for these types of installations.
•  A Gas Storage Facility consisting of multi-cylinder installation with Liquid off-tek Valve fitted on the cylinder which contains a stem pipe inside the cylinder so the liquid is drawn directly with inbuilt cylinder pressure every cylinder is fitted with Excess flow check Valve to ensure safety when any pigtail is burst or damage.
• Cylinder Manifold: Consists of C.S Pipe Sch 80, 40NB pipe each arm consists of Smart hose with inbuilt NRV & isolation valve to restrict liquid from leakage.
• The liquid is drawn directly from the cylinders which passes through the electrically / steam operated Vaporizer to give us required Gas i.e. vapor.
• Pressure Reducing Station: Regulators are selected and installed to reduce the required pressure as per the requirements.
• Safety Relief Valve is provided as an additional safety factor.
• A Excess flow check valve is installed on each manifold  to ensure safety when any down stream line is breakage or damage.

Air / Gas Ratio Regulator

AIR /GAS REGULATORS accurately maintain a constant air/gas ratio over a wide range of firing rates in both nozzle-mix and premix gas burner systems. Molded diaphragms ensure excellent tracking, repeatability, maximum flows, and superior turndown.

One regulator can be used for several burners controlled by the same air valve, but often it is better to have a separate regulator for each burner.

When a dual-fuel burner's atomizing air is left on during gas operation, the Regulator can be set to compensate for the extra air over the controlled main air by adjusting the spring for up to 1 osi "leak" with no impulse pressure.

Industrial / commercial Gas Detction System

Our Gas Leak Detection System has been designed with an advanced electronic technology which is user friendly for a fail safe operation at low cost.

The system comprises of sensors with high sensitivity , linear performance characteristics housed in flame proof modules placed at strategic locations and connected to a centralized processing unit. The layout of the sensing modules is mapped on to the centralized processing unit for easy and fast indication of the location of the leak.An audio and visual alarm is provided to alert in case of gas leak.

The flame proof junction box is approved by CMRI, CCOE and BIS Certified. These Flame Proof Sensing Modules can be fitted in bulk storage areas like LPG Bullet Yards, Gas Banks with Multi Cylinders in Manifold and Operation/Utility areas inside Factories/Plants, Cooking areas in Food Courts/Canteens/Kitchens.

Central Processing cum Display unit consists of a signal processing circuitry where a milli volt signal is amplified to activate an audio warning like a Siren / Hooter, with a simultaneous visual activation of a LED in a pre-mapped diagram of the area covered, for easy identification.
We can install Gas shut off device with Controller to automatically cut off Gas Supply in the event of gas leak activation recommended for Utility Areas.
