LOT  Manifold is installed where peak load of Equipments is higher & everage consumption of LPG is up no much ie its up to 2 tone per day.  We called this is a small bullet. It can install instead of bulk where there is space no space for bulk installation. This system is completely safe to handle. We follow Is-6044 Part-1 & 2 & OISD norms for these types of installations.

 A Gas Storage Facility consisting of multi-cylinder installation with Liquid off-tek Valve fitted on the cylinder which contains a stem pipe inside the cylinder so the liquid is drawn directly with inbuilt cylinder pressure every cylinder is fitted with Excess flow check Valve to ensure safety when any pigtail is burst or damage.

Cylinder Manifold: Consists of C.S Pipe Sch 80, 40NB pipe each arm consists of Smart hose with inbuilt NRV & isolation valve to restrict liquid from leakage.

The liquid is drawn directly from the cylinders which passes through the electrically / steam operated Vaporizer to give us required Gas i.e. vapor.

Pressure Reducing Station: Regulators are selected and installed to reduce the required pressure as per the requirements.

Safety Relief Valve is provided as an additional safety factor.

A Excess flow check valve is installed on each manifold  to ensure safety when any down stream line is breakage or damage.

Ideal heavy-duty burners for bulk frying and general heating requirements of industries and pharmaceuticals, produce powerful torch type blue flames. Available in two capacities.

These burners are recommended to be used at a pressure of 320 to 490 gm/cm2 (4.5 psig), however, this may be varied by ± 25%; the heat output being varied accordingly.

These burners are also termed as  T-22 or T-1  and T-35 or T-2.  Also available in model T-50 &  T - 78T

A thermal relief valve is used when a liquid is packed (i.e. a tank or pipeline between two valves) in a pipe or tank  and the pipe / tank  is exposed to sunlight.Thermal Relif Valve  are generally characterized by the relatively small size of the valve necessary to provide protection from excess pressure caused by thermal expansion. Although liquid does not expand much, since it fully fills the pipe, the forces developed can seriously stress the pipe. Because most liquids are nearly incompressible, and so a relatively small amount of fluid discharged through the relief valve will produce a substantial reduction in pressure.

A gas meter is used to measure the volume of fuel gases such as natural gas and propane. Gas meters are used at residential, commercial, and industrial buildings that consume fuel gas supplied by a gas utility. Gases are more difficult to measure than liquids, as measured volumes are highly affected by temperature and pressure. Gas meters measure a defined volume, regardless of the pressurized quantity or quality of the gas flowing through the meter. Temperature, pressure and heating value compensation must be made to measure actual amount and value of gas moving through a meter.

Our  Gas  Leak Detection System has been designed with an advanced electronic technology which is user friendly for a fail safe operation at low cost.

The system comprises of sensors with high sensitivity , linear performance characteristics housed in flame proof modules placed at strategic locations and connected to a centralized processing unit. The layout of the sensing modules is mapped on to the centralized processing unit for easy and fast indication of the location of the leak.An audio and visual alarm is provided to alert in case of gas leak. 

The flame proof junction box is approved by CMRI, CCOE and BIS Certified. These Flame Proof Sensing Modules can be fitted in bulk storage areas like LPG Bullet Yards, Gas Banks with Multi Cylinders in Manifold and Operation/Utility areas inside Factories/Plants, Cooking areas in Food Courts/Canteens/Kitchens. 

Central Processing cum Display unit consists of a signal processing circuitry where a milli volt signal is amplified to activate an audio warning like a Siren / Hooter, with a simultaneous visual activation of a LED in a pre-mapped diagram of the area covered, for easy identification.

These Regulators have wider outlet pressure ranges. The outlet pressure can be easily adjustable by rotating the adjustable screw. when we rotate anticlockwise the outlet pressure is reduced & by rotating it in clock wise direction the our PRESSURE REDUING VALVE / REGULATOR

A pressure regulator is a valve that automatically cuts off the flow of a liquid or gas at a certain pressure. Regulators are used to allow high-pressure fluid supply lines or tanks to be reduced to safe and/or usable pressures for various applications ie Oxy-fuel welding and cutting, propane and LP Gas applications, Oil and Gas Industry, Mining Industry. Gas pressure regulators are used to regulate the gas pressure and are not appropriate for measuring flow rates. A pressure regulator's primary function is to match the flow of gas through the regulator to the demand for gas placed upon the system. If the load flow decreases, then the regulator flow must decrease also. If the load flow increases, then the regulator flow must increase in order to keep the controlled pressure from decreasing due to a shortage of gas in the pressure system. Thes regulators are available in Two stages first called First stage Reulator & than second stage Regulator. These regulators are available in two types the one is adjustable type & another is Preset type.

FIRST STAGE REGULATOR

The first stage of the regulator is mounted to the cylinder /Tank Presure by a siutable means. It reduces cylinder pressure to a middle or intermediate pressure, usually about 1 bar to 10 bars (15 psig to 150 psi) higher than the ambient pressure. these regulators are balanced type by Mean of diaphragm & spring mechanism. A balanced regulator first stage automatically keeps a constant pressure difference between the interstage pressure and the ambient pressure even as the tank pressure drops with consumption. The balanced regulator design allows the first stage orifice to be as large as needed without incurring performance degradation as a result of changing tank / cylinder pressure.

SECOND STAGE REGULATOR

Second stage regulators are not used for decreasing medium pressure and it must be installed downstream of a first stage regulator for safe and proper operation. Any regulator seen installed next to a building is a second stage regulator. Second stage regulators work with propane/ LPG/ Gases at a pressure supplied by the first stage regulator (inlet pressure) and further decrease that to a pressure that can be used by appliances (outlet pressure). Keep in mind that second stage regulators are not designed to work with varying tank pressures. Second stage regulators are only designed to operate in combination with first stage regulators. One cannot work without the other.
